How it works
- You select your nearest Plot Twist book club and choose either our general fiction or pure crime & thriller group
- You pick the subscription type that best suits your reading preferences and sign yourself up
- Once your membership starts you get access to your local online community and all other membership benefits, and we post you the monthly mystery book (if you selected this option)
- Then you enjoy your read, check out all your member offers and get ready to meet us at your next local social! It’s as simple as that and you can cancel anytime
When you join, your membership will automatically start on the first of the next full calendar month. If you would like to join the current months book club part way through, simply send us a message through the Contact Us page after sign-up and we’ll sort that out for you.
What’s so ‘mysterious’ about the book of the month?
You’ll vote on the genre but you won’t know what book you’re getting until it lands on your welcome mat, ready to be unwrapped and enjoyed.
There are so few deliciously good surprises awaiting us, anymore. The earth has been mapped, we experience Christmas as adults and even the romantic mystery of a new date has been stripped back by the glaring openness of social media. So, we decided to throw in some plot twists of our own and give our readers a bit of mystery. A surprise to look forward to each month.
What I will tell you about the books you’ll receive, is that each one is carefully selected by our plot-loving bookishly expert team, with you, the reader, in mind. And only books that are highly rated on Goodreads or Amazon are considered.
What if I’ve already read it?
Should this be the case, please don’t worry. You can return your unread copy for a refund, or exchange it for a wild pick read instead.
How long will I be tied into my membership?
For as long or as short as you like. Our memberships are on either a monthly or quarterly rolling basis, depending on which option you choose, and can be stopped at any time.
